We love to travel together ... although tara also likes to get time by herself and one of the best ways to do that is for her to get on a plane and head for some far off place where she can get a lot of work done at the same time as getting her necessary alone time ... it is always a pleasure for either or both of us to meet our old friends and family during these voyages ... and some of my favorite times have been on the airplane doing crossword puzzles or just leaning against each other while we try to sleep ....

we stopped by a canyon just south of Flagstaff, we had taken our few hours away from her conference in Phoenix to sightsee. This same day we also visited the Frank Lloyd Wright house and a botanical garden, with a solar house and ate lunch there. She even convinced me to hike up this huge mountain.
